PERSONALITY
- stoic; littlestar is an individual that doesn't wear her heart on her sleeve. she keeps to herself mostly, and doesn't allow her emotions to get the better of her.
- independent; though she was often underestimated when she was younger, littlestar has always been independent. she is able to survive on her skills alone, and does not require the attention or care of others.
- collected; littlestar is cool in a crisis and never lets her demeanor falter. she is calm and collected, easily coming up with solutions if needed and able to deescalate a situation with ease.
- open-minded; littlestar keeps an open mind, something she learned as an apprentice from having a paw in two clans. she believes that the clans need to work together to achieve true peace within the forest, and that refusing help and standing alone is more a form of weakness than it is strength.
- caring; she cares deeply for all her clanmates, and will always put them before her. even in times of sickness or famine, littlestar will see that the clan is attended to before she is.
- quiet; littlestar is not a chatty cat. for the most part she is quiet and soft-spoken, not really participating in conversation much.
- wise; she's wise beyond her moons and draws inner strength from her experiences. having lived with another clan, littlestar was able to learn more about life than the average cat.
- helpful; as a leader littlestar is always willing to extend a helping hand, even to those not of stormclan. tying back into her belief that all clans should work together, littlestar does not view it as weak to seek help from others.
- perseverant; littlestar believes in trying her best whenever she is faced with a challenge. she's willful and never gives up.
- compassionate; she is always concerned for her clanmates and ready to express her sympathy for others. littlestar is a great cat to talk to if needing a confidant or someone to seek advice from.
HISTORY
- the only surviving kit of snowpelt's litter was the runt, and she was named littlekit. a weak, small kit, most of the clan assumed that littlekit would eventually perish. it was the middle of leafbare, the clan had been hungry for many days, and the runt of the litter was never expected to survive. littlekit beat all odds, however. by newleaf she was a healthy, albeit small, addition to the clan.
- when she was made an apprentice, littlepaw was assigned to stormclan's deputy mousewhisker. despite the other apprentices making fun of her for her small stature, mousewhisker never once underestimated littlepaw. he made sure that when training her littlepaw brought her size into play. while she was not physically strong, she was small and swift and able to out maneuver her opponents.
- as she trained, littlepaw honed her skills. she was fast, and she was deadly. she became one of the clan's best hunters, well known for streaking across the windy moors and chasing down rabbit after rabbit.
- one afternoon while hunting, littlepaw fell through thin ice after chasing a vole onto the frozen stream. she was pulled under by the strong current and swept down river. when she didn't return, the clan sent a patrol out after her. when mousewhisker saw the broken ice he immediately knew. the stormclan cats searched the river to the runningclan border, but didn't find the lost apprentice. they were forced to face the truth, that littlepaw was dead.
- unbeknownst to them, however, littlepaw had managed to crawl out onto the bank of the river, having been swept to a shallow area within currentclan territory. soaking wet and with her fur beginning to freeze, littlepaw trudged through heavy snow until she could find shelter.
- not long after, she was found by a currentclan patrol. though initially hostile, the currentclan cats took pity on the lost apprentice, and brought her to their camp. the senior warrior who found her, snowclaw, took it upon himself to be littlepaw's guardian. after littlepaw was looked after by the currentclan medicine cat, snowclaw assigned her apprentice duties. if she was going to stay, she was going to earn her place.
- it was a long leafbare, and littlepaw spent it within currentclan territory. snowclaw took over her training, alongside his own apprentice, and littlepaw soon became accepted among the currentclan apprentices. she grew extremely close with an apprentice named riverpaw, who later came to be named @riverstorm and would one day be currentclan's own medicine cat.
- however, when newleaf came and the snow began to melt, it was time for littlepaw to make a decision. she was offered a place among the currentclan cats as one of their own, or she could be escorted back to stormclan territory, but if she ever returned to currentclan territory it would be as a stormclan cat and she would not be welcome amongst them. after much consideration, littlepaw decided to return to stormclan.
- snowclaw escorted littlepaw back to stormclan territory. when they arrived, the clan was in shock. for moons they had all believed littlepaw to be dead. the currentclan warrior was thanked for the safe return of the young apprentice before being sent on his way. since that day, the only time littlepaw would see snowclaw again was at gatherings.
- not long after her return littlepaw was granted her warrior name - littlecurrent, for her adventure into currentclan territory. littlecurrent rose through the ranks and became known for being a gifted warrior, having learned the skills of both a stormclan and a currentclan cat. she was gifted her first apprentice, a tom named windpaw, and when mousewhisker passed on, littlecurrent was appointed deputy in his place, eventually becoming the leader of stormclan - littlestar.
