First and foremost we would like to THANK YOU for joining Warrior's Edge, or at least, considering it.
But before you get started, there are some things we would like you to know about the site:When you register to join, we encourage you to create an account that is reflected as YOU. Your first account will be what you use to talk OOC to other forum members and also the account from which you post in categories like the Character Hub. We will use this account to indicate what characters you play, and, unless otherwise said, it will probably be the name you are referred to as well! This also allows your corresponding profile to be rather personal. For example, your icon could be whatever you wanted, as well as your display name can be changed to look super cool or super cute or whatever!
For the sake of organization, Warrior's Edge is a one-account-per-character RPG. Upon your first character being accepted and moved to the 'Approved Profiles', you are free to create your corresponding account for that character! Profiles for IC roleplay feature sections where your cats rank, Clan and age can all be listed with ease. if you need any help filling out these fields, feel free to PM any staff member.
To create separate users on one account, refer to the toolbar in the lower right corner of your screen. Simply click on the icon of the two people to be directed to a page which will allow for you to create new users and switch between them, all on one account (that way, separate e-mails are not needed for registration, as this would be messy and complicated)
We ask that your IC accounts display name be simply, their name (I.E. my account for Whitewolf's display name is Whitewolf). This makes it easy to identify what character you are roleplaying at the time. In addition, it is recommended your username for that character's account be any derivative of their name (I.E., Whitewolf's account username is whitewolf, however, say that was taken I could use any of his previous names, whitepaw/whitekit instead. If you're making a kit/apprentice, it is wise to use their future warrior name if you know what it will be).
We also ask that your icon be of said character, with the recommended 300x300 px sizing. You may also put an additional URL in the 'hover image' section of your character! It is okay if you don't have another picture of them or just don't want to, however.
Again, thank you for taking the time to read this post along with our Warrior Code. If you have any further questions about joining or creating sequential accounts, feel free to PM either jane or @wolf !
