SHORT DESCRIPTION
Distinctly spotted brown tom with green eyes
PERSONALITY
[li]...NOT THE SMARTEST; He's not particularly the brightest bulb-- an anomaly within AmberClan-- but it doesn't seem to bother him. In fact, he knows this. Jaguarpaw has always been more of a brawn over brains type of guy, and readily lets someone else do the thinking for him. He knows that's going to have to change though.[/li]
[li]GOOFY; While his silly schemes and games can get annoying for the rest of AmberClan, Jaguarpaw believes he's bringing a bit of light to their marshes. He loves to play with the kits and keep them occupied, and hey, that's a job someone's gotta do, right?[/li]
[li]CONFIDENT; Jaguarpaw, for all his failings, is very sure of himself and his personality. He does not doubt who he is or the decisions he makes, and knows there's no cat he'd rather be than himself. Sure, having the brains of the others would be nice, but who would make everyone else smile?[/li]
[li]AGGRESSIVE IF PROVOKED; That being said, there's a point where the jeering and annoyed 'tsks' can get to Jaguarpaw, but due to his self-assured nature, it does not manifest in doubt, but anger. He is prone to outbursts, even at his own clanmates.[/li]
[li]PROTECTIVE; Even if his sister Snowpaw is no longer speaking to him, he would defend her to the death. He would for all of AmberClan! Even if he knows that they don't particularly like him sometimes. Warrior code says to, right? Right.[/li]
[li]LOYAL TO THE CODE; Although Jaguarpaw loves to push the envelope when he can, now that he is an apprentice, he does his best to stick to the warrior code.[/li]
[li]A LITTLE WHINY; particularly when he's hungry, or if it's cold.[/li]

HISTORY
- Spottedfrost and Leopardstep both had distinctly spotted coats, so it was to the surprise of no cat when they had equally spotted kits. The oldest kit, Snowpaw, was born with a silvery coat with black spots like her mother, and the second kit, Jaguarkit, had a pelt similar to his father.
- Snowkit always took being a member of AmberClan much more seriously. She was smart, cunning, and always wanted to sharpen her claws on a training wall. Jaguarkit? A goofball, to put it bluntly. All he wanted to do was play around.
- Snowkit's ambition and Jaguarkit's prankster nature lead them both to leave camp one day, when their mother wasn't looking. They left through the dirtplace tunnel and were determined to catch some prey. Boarstar would have to make them apprentices then!
- While Snowkit took it as an ambitious attempt to make her clan proud, Jaguarkit thought it was a fun game, and basically managed to scare off every piece of prey ever. They actually made it to the river, and as per he thought was part of the game... Jaguarkit jumped in. Snowkit rushed alongside to try and help her stupid brother, but it was a StormClan patrol that pulled him out.
- Jaguarkit was not bothered though, he thought it was pretty fun. His parents and Boarstar though were not pleased. The two had their apprenticeship delayed by a full moon. Snowkit was furious with her brother, and still refuses to speak to him.
- At seven moons, Snowkit and Jaguarkit have finally become Snowpaw and Jaguarpaw. Jaguarpaw is still a bit of the class clown, so to speak. He has a lot of maturing to do.
